2. General information on data processing

This website processes personal data only to the extent necessary for providing a functional website and its contents. Processing happens on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interests).

3. Hosting and server logs

This site is delivered as a static website via a professional hosting provider. When you visit this site, the hosting provider automatically collects technical data (IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, time of request) in server log files. This data is stored temporarily, is not merged with other data sources, and is deleted after a short period.

4. Google Fonts

This site loads the typefaces Inter and Space Grotesk via Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). When the fonts are loaded, a connection to servers operated by Google (Google Ireland Limited) is established, which may transmit your IP address to Google. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent, performant rendering of the website).

5. YouTube (click-to-load)

This site contains a placeholder for a YouTube video. No data is transmitted to YouTube when the page is merely opened. Only when you actively click the play button is a video player from youtube-nocookie.com loaded. From that point, YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) may process your IP address and device-related data. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent through click).

6. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, your details will be stored for the purpose of handling your request and for any follow-up questions. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR.

7. External links

Links to external sites (e.g. YouTube, GitHub, pxlclock.com) lead to third-party content. The respective operators are responsible for their data processing.

8. Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies. Some variants may use local storage (e.g. to remember a view-mode toggle). Local storage never leaves your browser.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data, to restrict processing, and to object to processing. Contact: hello@schlenkr.dev.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Germany, the state data-protection commissioner of your state of residence.

10. No analytics, no trackers

This site does not use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Plausible, Matomo) and no advertising trackers. No cookies are set for tracking purposes.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the services offered or legal requirements. The current version applies.
